Who We Are
AKA "Dad" is responsible for the overall management of the organization, including all Accounting (yuk). He runs a tight ship, but the ship has been sailing non-stop for over 25 years now. His experience in the sign industry and business management sense is one of the most important keys to our success. Always up for a joke and a laugh, and little "pivaaating" Carl is always chipper, and is allowed to come to work in slippers should he so choose.
Loves: Stock Car Racing (see our Racing page!), a cold one after a great day, the cottage, and telling stories of the 'good ol days'.
Hates: Chasing money.
Coffee: Cream, no sugar; sometimes with Bailey's.
Responsible for inside and outside sales, design, and client site inspections, Lesley is kept busy interacting with clients, suppliers and pushing all the papers around.
Loves: Stock Car Racing (see our Racing page!), shoe shopping, diet Coke, and hubby Brian.
Hates: Waking up late, and filing.
Coffee: 2 milk, 2 sugar, sometimes 3. Has to be Timmy's or nothing.
Todd has been with us since 2001, after graduating from Algonquin College
from the Graphic Technician course. Todd is responsible for quality control
of finished products, and all repair and installation projects. Known
to break into full concert with an acoustic guitar he doesn't know how
to play, Todd is always keeping us laughing with his jokes and movie quotes.
Todd's presence is key to ensuring that quality remains our number one
priority.
Loves: Stock car racing (see our Racing page!), playing pool, and snowmobiling.
Hates: "Girly" fonts.
Coffee: 2 milk, 2 sugar.
Joey, Joey, Joey ... what a day in our shop would be like without Joey
..... it would be miserable and downright depressing. If every client
could approve a sign layout with some sort of firey flaming graphic on
it, he would be in sign-maker's heaven. Joey is probably the most sarcastic
fellow you will ever meet, but once you meet him, you won't forget him!
Joey has thankfully been with us for over 6 years to date, and produces
consistent high quality products.
Loves: Flames (real or otherwise) and the General Lee.
Hates: When we run out of milk and / or sugar.
Coffee: 2 milk, 2 sugar.
Lugnut is a four year old mix of Sheppard, American Eskimo, Lassie, Sheltie,
Tazmanian Devil, Wolf, Llama, and a bit of "Animal" from the
Muppets.
Lugs keeps a close eye on the property at all times, and always loves to show you how he can swim on dry land. He may bark when you first arrive, but will kiss you all over when you leave.
Loves: Attention, of any kind!
Hates: When Rocky is being pet and not him.
Coffee: No coffee, but loves water right from the 'source'
Rocky is a 12 month old Olde English Bulldoggue, AKA "Rocky Bull-boa".
With the classic overbite and bully stature, he looks more intimidating
than he is...well, he's a big chicken really. Come prepared with treats
in your pocket and he is sure to be your best friend!
Loves: The heat from the wood stove.
Hates: When you play with his feet.
